Kelee Russ began working at the Foundation in August of 2019. She moved from the chill state of Vermont to the blistering heat of Missouri for her master’s degree. Upon the completion of her MDiv at Nazarene Theological Seminary in 2022, she decided she still needed to put in a lot of work acclimating to the weather. Since she appreciates a good challenge, she decided to stay in the area and continue working at one of her favorite nonprofits!
When Kelee isn’t at work, you can likely find her gardening or spending time with her husband, Brandon. She is currently the community garden coordinator at her church and also has a (sometimes) flourishing garden in her back yard (and a huge plot of mint that won’t die). She also loves to explore the outdoors whenever she gets the chance and is always looking for new places to hike.
