Johanna Santiago joined the Foundation in the Spring of 2022. Prior to joining the Foundation, Johanna managed retail operations for a global corporation for over 20 years, 16 of them in the marketing field and opening new locations. Johanna is a creative professional with a proven track record of successful projects from initial concept through completion. She is known to be a reliable team player, coworker, and leader. She has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Puerto Rico and an MBA in Human Resources from the Metropolitan University, SUAGM, Puerto Rico. Johanna is bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish.
Johanna has two children: Johanli and Jahriel. She is very active in her local church and in a couple of Women’s Support Groups. When Johanna is not working hard at the office, you may find her traveling, at the beach or deep in nature!
