Bonnie Beam joined the Nazarene Foundation in June 2023. Prior to that, she served seven years in the USA/Canada region as the Administrative Director of the COMPASS Initiative to increase financial literacy among Nazarene clergy and improve their personal financial well-being, through education and grants.
Bonnie is an ordained elder with an M.Div. degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Eastern Nazarene College. She has served as an associate pastor in the area of adult discipleship in Nazarene churches in Massachusetts and the Kansas City area. In addition to her work at the Foundation, she is currently serving as a bivocational pastor in New Hampshire, where she lives with her husband and two strange cats.
In her free time, Bonnie enjoys learning new things and connecting with neighbors.
